Through in-depth analysis of teachers’ job-specific competencies, we innovatively develop a tripartite training framework integrating “modular curriculum systems, blended teaching models, and case-based instructional resources.” By deeply integrating authentic enterprise production scenarios with intelligent digital teaching tools in pedagogical practices, we simultaneously advance the optimization of teachers’ knowledge architectures and the progression of instructional implementation capabilities. By establishing a deep alignment mechanism between discipline construction and industrial demands, we select high-quality dual-system enterprise resources to create an integrated research-training platform that seamlessly connects “teaching scenarios with production environments”. Implement immersive practice at German industry-education integration bases, driving dynamic alignment of curriculum content with industrial technical standards through school-enterprise collaborative workshops;
Establish an international vocational education exchange platform, engaging in international professional certification standard development, academic colloquia on global research topics, and transnational educational innovation projects to propel the global co-evolution of teaching methodologies and educational philosophies.
By constructing the strategic implementation framework of “German classroom training – industry-academy integrated practice – professional institution dialogue”, we develop an integrated development model for vocational education faculty featuring “international vision expansion – cross-boundary collaboration enhancement – educational innovation cultivation”.
