Specialized Program for Faculty Development
SinaLingua focuses on the policy orientations of Chinese and international vocational education, dynamic industrial demands, and global frontier concepts & practices in vocational training. It serves as a Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation platform for vocational colleges in three strategic fields: “Healthcare and Wellness”, “Business Education” and “Smart Manufacturing”. By establishing a two-way empowerment mechanism of “Bringing In” and “Going Out”, along with an industry-education integrated talent development model, it innovates the paradigm for cultivating globally competent technical professionals. The initiative aims to build a multidimensional, interconnected international standard system for vocational education, promote deep convergence of educational resources worldwide, and implement systematic collaborations including co-developed teaching resources and cross-border faculty training. Ultimately, it strives to nurture interdisciplinary technical talents with international perspectives and dual vocational competencies, propelling Chinese vocational education brands onto the global stage.
【Bringing In】
Guided by China’s national vocational education reform policies as the strategic fulcrum, we systematically construct a Sino-foreign collaborative innovation system for vocational education. Through in-depth alignment with the German dual-system education model, we implement an integrated developmental pathway of “standard adoption – localized restructuring”: precisely introducing Germany’s vocational education quality certification system, establishing a mutual recognition mechanism for Sino-German vocational standards, and innovatively developing a blended cultivation model combining “project-based curriculum systems” with “contextualized teaching workshops”. This drives the paradigm integration of dual-system education philosophy with China’s industrial talent demands. By leveraging policy-driven institutional innovation and technological empowerment, we achieve localized adaptation of German vocational competency standards within Chinese educational practices. This forms a new paradigm for industry-education integration with international demonstrative significance, delivering an end-to-end solution encompassing “standard innovation – resource convergence – talent upgrading” for high-quality vocational education development.
【Going Out】
Guided by the fundamental principle of “Education Follows Industry, Integration Anchors Development,” Dehanling constructs an international talent cultivation system through the dual-driven approach of global vocational education outreach and industry-education integrated training base development. Aligning with EU educational standards, we develop and certify globalized curriculum resources, promote cross-border curriculum dissemination, and establish a closed-loop model for vocational education globalization through “standard export – talent co-development – industry feedback.”Moving forward, Dehanling will deepen international collaboration, leveraging digitalization and AI+ as strategic breakthroughs to advance industry-education integration from “physical juxtaposition” to “chemical synergy.” This evolution will accelerate the globalization of Chinese vocational education standards, fostering worldwide recognition of China’s educational frameworks.
